BECOME A MEDIA INNOVATION AWARDS SPONSOR

We are inviting sponsors for each of the awards, and for the event itself.  Sponsors will receive a credit in the awards brochure and on any promotional material as well as free tickets to the gala awards event. 

We will be issuing press releases crediting all sponsors at key points during the project schedule including: the launch at the end of October; the call for entries in December; the entry deadline in January; the announcement of nominations at the beginning of February; and at the announcement of the awards at the gala dinner in March.  The Media Innovation Awards received extensive newspaper, radio and television coverage, which gave the sponsors very good coverage.  If you would like to see copies of the press cuttings then please contact us. 

There is a range of sponsorship packages available and we would be pleased to discuss other suggestions.

AWARDS SPONSORSHIP

The cost of sponsoring an award is just £1,500.  In return your organisation will be credited in all press releases as the award sponsor, as well as on the website and in the event brochure.  The website and brochure will include your logo and a 60 word synopsis about your organisation.  Award sponsors will receive two free tickets to the gala dinner and will be given the opportunity of presenting the award.

MIA TROPHY SPONSORSHIP SOLD

The MIA trophy is awarded to the overall winner of the competition - drawn from the individual category winners.  It recognises an exceptional project, individual or company.  The cost of sponsoring the MIA Trophy is just £2,500. In return your organisation will be credited in all press releases as the award sponsor, as well as on the website and in the event brochure.  The website and brochure will include your logo and a 60 word synopsis about your organisation.  The Trophy sponsor will receive two free tickets to the gala dinner and will be given the opportunity of presenting the award.

EVENT SPONSORSHIP 

There is a range of event sponsorship packages available.  Event sponsors receive the following benefits:

Platinum	£10,000 and above	Logo on the front of the awards brochure, full page advert inside; logo included at the top of promotional literature; 10 free places at the gala event.
Gold	£5,000-£9,999	Full page advert in the awards brochure; logo to be included on top logo line of all promotional literature; 4 free places at gala event
Silver	£3,000-£4,999	Half page advert in the awards brochure; logo to be included in 2nd logo line of all promotional literature; 3 free places at gala event
Bronze	£2,000 - £2,999	Quarter page advert in the awards brochure; logo to be included on 3rd line of all promotional literature; 2 free places at gala event

OTHER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Companies offering help in kind towards the event below the level of award sponsorship will be credited on the website and in the event brochure in the "Other Sponsors" section.

You can also take advantage of the captive media and new media audience by advertising in our awards brochure and on our website.  The brochure is distributed to everyone who attends the gala dinner, and to VIPs after the event.  Advertising rates are as follows:

Quarter page in brochure and small website advertisement: £249

Half page in brochure and medium website advertisement: £499

Full page in brochure and large website advertisement: £999
